Perhaps they ought to be read aloud at the retreats -- I mean both to both. If I, as a young girl, knew how men expected boys to act, I could expect the same thing and not get cought up in my own fantasies. On the other hand, if all I heard was how to comport myself as a young lady, it would have sounded like, "blah blah blah blah blah blah." Hearing men tell boys how to treat a young lady would have made me want to be the young lady they treated that way, and would have made me want to act like they expected a young lady to act, deserving to be treated the way they were told to treat her.
